I met Louis Fouche when I viewed an apartment in Vredehoek. Firstly the quality of photos that he posted on Property 24 immediately grabbed my interest. He had shown exactly what I had been looking for. Light, sunny with a great view.
He was punctual for my viewing the next day - friendly and professional. Since making the offer and in fact purchasing the apartment, I can only say Louis has been helpful and efficient. He had no qualms in driving out to my home (outside the city parameters) on 2 occasions for me to sign the necessary papers. He paid great attention to detail.
He was most helpful when I requested him to take me to the apartment on a Saturday to view the furniture which was for sale and for me to take measurements.
Every time I called with a question he contacted the seller and got back to me immediately.
It has been a pleasure liaising with him. He certainly is an asset to Knight Frank.
