New World Wealth recently released its annual wealthy cities report, which identifies which countries and cities throughout the world are home to the world's wealthiest people. With a total value of $130 billion, Cape Town is the second wealthiest city in South Africa. Real estate and investment management are two of the city's most thriving sectors.
Clifton, Llandudno, and Bantry Bay are the wealthiest suburbs in the country, according to the study. The list identifies eight Cape Town suburbs, six on the Atlantic Seaboard and two in the Southern Suburbs, based on deeds office and sales statistics. The majority of this wealth, according to New World Wealth, is located in the following suburbs:

Atlantic Seaboard
