Linda and Louise were such impeccable agents!
These were the qualities we so valued in them:
- They were unfailingly cheerful and positive about the sale of the house, even when it was clear that the market was very slow
- They were always polite and thoughtful and every visit and show house was well-arranged
- They made just the right relationship with us, friendly and informative
- Whenever something technical or administrative cropped up they were prompt and sensitive with help
- We had not sold a house for 35 years and felt like real "out of touch" oldies but they treated us so respectfully and explained it all step by step
- They made sure that all the "after offer" processes were followed well with the lawyers and kept us well informed.
All in all a great experience and I cannot recommend then highly enough and hope that this can be made known to your organisation.
