Knight Frank welcomes Germandt Von Stander (GT) to the team.
GT joins the Cape Town City Bowl team but is also spearheading Knight Frank Developments, an area of growth for the company.
GT was born and bred in Durban but has been living in Cape Town for the last seven years.
Previous experience includes working as a residential agent in the Atlantic Seaboard and the Southern Suburbs, freelancing as a commercial agent in the Cape Town CBD, building an enviable network, especially in the development sector.
Qualifications include certificates in Property Development & Investment, Commercial Property Brokerage and Contracts in Law. GT is also studying part time for a Bcom in Marketing and Management.
GT is driven and not shy of hard work. Only a matter of weeks into his career with Knight Frank, he has secured a number of development mandates and is working on a couple of exciting projects.
