Imagine thinking about buying a home in a new country and not knowing the first thing about how it works and everything that goes along with home ownership in South Africa. That is where my wife and I were. We knew nothing and were so nervous and overwhelmed. But then we came across Richard. He went out of his way to walk us through every portion of the home buying process, which is much different than in the United States. He laid everything out in a way that we could understand. He was a lifesaver. But it didn’t stop there, his referrals were all amazing. His professionalism, integrity and hard work were top notch. You knew he cared when we would get responses to questions early in the morning or late at night. And being a foreign buyer (many thousands of miles away) with a lot of questions, this made the difference. We can honestly say, that Richard saved us in this process. His constant communication and support were 1st rate.
